Take a Bath after the Kids go to Bed
Even if you are an early-to-bed type, after everyone else is tucked in for the night, draw yourself a bath, and spend at least ten minutes lounging in the warm, soothing waters. It’s a great way to end your day, and even if it prolongs your bedtime by a few minutes, it will help you relax and ultimately fall asleep more easily while also letting you end your day with a little bit of luxury.
