Take a Walk on Your Lunch Break

It’s just as easy to eat lunch at your desk as it is to eat it in the corporate cafeteria or the café down the road so don’t waste your lunch break sitting down and eating. Instead, take a walk. The fresh air and activity will have you feeling rejuvenated and give you that boost to help get you through the rest of your day. If there is nowhere to walk near your office, do whatever else you can to get outdoors for a little bit.
