With fusible side of webbing to right side of tail, stitch with a 1/4-inch seam allowance on long sides; do not stitch top or bottom. Trim seam allowances, and turn. Trim webbing at bottom and top. Fuse tail to square. Sew webbing to stars, with fusible side of webbing to right side of stars. Clip corners, and trim allowances. Make a slit in webbing, and turn. Fuse stars to square. By hand or machine, appliqué pieces using narrow blanket stitch.
