5: Add Shading
Shade the hair with squiggles. Add two straight horizontal lines to the bridge of the nose. Draw different-shaped buttons on the blouse and shade them. Use curly lines to detail the handkerchief. Shade the jacket and skirt. Draw laces on the boots with small ovals.
That's it! Don't worry if you don't get it exactly right on your first attempt -- just keep practicing until you have a drawing you're happy with.
