These little edible aquariums make for pretty desert or birthday party dish favors. The best part? You won't forget to feed these little fishies.
- Small, see-through plastic cups
- 1 ½ cups boiling water
- 1 package blue gelatin
- Ice cubes
- Jelly fish
- Whipped topping
Bring water to a boil and add to bowl with gelatin. Gently mix until the crystals are completely dissolved. Add approximately 2 cups of ice cubs and stir until ice is nearly melted and blend.
Pour a dessert-sized portioned into plastic cups and refrigerate for about 25 minutes.
Remove cups and gently place jelly fish into gelatin, swimming in schools or whatever way you like. Refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
Optional: Add whipped topping to the top of your aquarium so they look like frothy waves.
