Note Keeper Keepsake is a craft project for kids that helps them create a special place to keep special things. Have you ever found a feather that was so beautiful it took your breath away? Have you ever been given a note that was so sweet you just couldn't throw it away?

Note Keeper Keepsake is the perfect place to keep all those treasures. In fact, it will wind up being a treasure itself.

How to Make Note Keeper Keepsake:

What You'll Need:

  • Small Wooden or Paper Box (a shoe box is okay)
  • Old Magazines and Newspapers
  • Photographs
  • Scissors
  • Craft Glue
  • Paintbrush

Step One: Go through boxes of family photos, old magazines, and newspapers, and cut out pictures and words that are special to you.

Step Two: Glue those pictures on the lid of your keepsake box. With the paintbrush, paint a thin coat of glue over the lid. (Be sure the glue you use will be clear when it dries.)

Step Three: Your box has become more than just a box -- it's a reflection of who you are. And it's the perfect place to keep your most private possessions.
